Logan Lerman shares sweet note with ‘Percy Jackson’s’ cast

Logan Lerman, known for his role as the titular hero in the movie adaptations of Rick Riordan’s “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series, is eagerly anticipating the release of the television version on Disney+. The show debuted on December 20, as announced by Christina Harrold on December 19, 2023.

In a live recording of the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Lerman conveyed his excitement for the upcoming series, sharing a heartfelt message with the cast, including Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, and Aryan Simhadri.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Lerman’s note, read aloud by podcast host Josh Horowitz, praised the cast and expressed his anticipation: “The show looks amazing. I can’t wait to see you all crush it in your roles. You’re making a lot of people happy bringing these characters to life.”

Lerman had a special message for Walker Scobell, who takes on the role of Percy in the TV adaptation. He commended Scobell’s performance, stating, “I can’t imagine a better fit for Percy Jackson than Walker. You were so brilliant in ‘The Adam Project.’ I hope you like eating blue food the next few years because I think you have a hit show on your hands.”
